This Privacy Policy explains how Ironhan Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles user data in its mobile games, including Voxlume: 3D Block Puzzle, Block Attack, Mixy Colors Challenge, OpSwipe, Slide N Snap, and Letter Alchemy (together, “the App”) on iOS and Android.

Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide to Us

When you use leaderboard features, you may choose to provide a “Player Name”. This name, your score, and leaderboard-related gameplay data may be displayed publicly to other users in the ranking system. You are encouraged not to use your real name or any personally identifiable information as your Player Name.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The App uses third-party services which may automatically collect certain information from your device for advertising, gameplay analytics, and leaderboard functionality:

• Device Identifiers: IDFA (iOS), Google Advertising ID (Android), Android Advertising ID, and unique installation identifiers.
• Gameplay Data: Scores, level or layer progress, achievements, session activity, game over events, and leaderboard data.
• Advertising Data: Ad impressions, clicks, ad interactions, and related ad performance information.
• Usage, Diagnostics, and Analytics Data: How you interact with the App, app performance, crash information, and gameplay balancing information.

How We Use Data

We use collected or processed data to:

• Provide gameplay features, progress, scoring, and leaderboard functionality.
• Display advertisements and measure ad performance.
• Improve game balance, performance, stability, and user experience.
• Detect technical issues, troubleshoot crashes, and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Services

We use the following providers to power the App's features:

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by third-party service providers such as Google, Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity, and Google Play Services according to their own privacy policies and only for the purposes described above.

In-App Purchases

The App offers "No Ads" purchases. Payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your financial information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Leaderboard data, such as player name and score, may be retained while the leaderboard feature is active. Analytics, advertising, diagnostics, and crash data are retained by the relevant third-party providers according to their own retention policies.

You may request deletion of your player name, leaderboard-related data, or other data associated with your use of the App by contacting us at ironhangames@gmail.com. We will take reasonable steps to process deletion requests and, where applicable, coordinate with third-party service providers.

Data Security

We do not store your data on our own private servers. Data such as player names, scores, advertising data, analytics, diagnostics, and crash information is handled by Unity Technologies, Google, and related platform providers using secure transmission and industry-standard security practices.
