This Privacy Policy explains how Ironhan Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with our mobile games on iOS and Android, including OSAMARU, Voxlume: 3D Block Puzzle, Block Attack, Mixy Colors Challenge, OpSwipe, Slide N Snap, and Letter Alchemy (collectively, the “Games”).

Features and third-party services vary by game, platform, region, and version. The descriptions below apply where the relevant feature or service is available in the game you use.

Some Games let you choose a player name, avatar, or country flag for a leaderboard. Your chosen profile details, score, and ranking may be visible to other players. Please avoid including your real name or other sensitive personal information in a public player name.

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support.

Information stored on your device

Our Games may store settings, saved progress, scores, purchase status, and generated level data locally on your device. Local storage is separate from information submitted to analytics, advertising, purchase, or leaderboard services.

The following services may be used across our Games. Their own privacy policies explain how they process information:

OSAMARU: the game integrates AdMob and Firebase Analytics. Supported leaderboard features use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games services, depending on the platform and enabled integrations. This does not mean that OSAMARU uses every service listed above.

4. Sharing and International Processing

Information is processed by service providers for the purposes described in this policy. Leaderboard information may also be visible to other players. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of our services.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising services may process identifiers and activity data for personalized advertising where permitted; applicable privacy laws may treat certain advertising disclosures as “sharing” or a “sale.” Available choices depend on your region, device, and the services used.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe relevant international processing and safeguards.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

You can manage available advertising and tracking controls in your device or platform settings. On iOS, you can review app tracking permissions in Settings. On Android, you can review advertising privacy controls in your device settings. Where a Game provides a consent form or privacy options, you can use those controls to manage the choices offered.

Restricting tracking or personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads or stop all data processing. Providers may still process information needed to deliver ads, measure basic performance, or prevent fraud, subject to applicable requirements.

You can manage supported gaming-profile and leaderboard settings through Game Center or Google Play Games. Public visibility depends on the feature and your platform settings.

6. In-App Purchases

Some Games offer purchases such as “No Ads.” Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The Game may process purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, and entitlement status to provide or restore purchased features.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared, replaced, or otherwise removed. Uninstalling a Game may remove local data, but it does not necessarily delete cloud backups, platform records, leaderboard entries, or information already processed by service providers.

We retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request and meet applicable obligations. Provider-held analytics, advertising, diagnostic, and leaderboard information is retained according to the relevant service's settings, purposes, policies, and legal requirements.

You can request access to or deletion of information associated with your use of our Games by emailing ironhangames@gmail.com. Please identify the game and platform and, if relevant, your player identifier. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may need to verify your request. We will address information under our control and, where appropriate, help direct you to the relevant platform or provider. We cannot promise to identify or delete records that we cannot link to you or that a provider controls independently.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or opt out of certain advertising uses. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through one of our Games in a way that requires your consent, please contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate steps regarding information under our control.

We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control and use third-party services to support game functionality. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
